After the franchisee is selected, Ascent will go in for arranging a training program for the person as well as the team members.
Franchisee has to pay a specific amount as the security deposit that is a refundable one on completion of the contract that is subjected to terms & conditions of Ascent Packers and Movers.
The franchisee is required to have own office with an area of 1000 square feet as well as a space for building the godown necessary to store the packing and moving materials and tools.
The franchisee needs to abide by all the regulations and rules as set by Ascent Packers and Movers.
The franchisee needs to carry out the local promotion by himself, the national promotion will be carried out by Ascent.
The electricity bill, rent, local conveyance water bill, wages of the staffs, their welfare & telephone bill requires to be paid by the franchisee.
In no way shall Ascent reimburse the cost for the same.
A mobile sim card will be provided by Ascent that requires to be used solely for promotion of the sales.
The franchisee needs to maintain the same work culture and environment as followed by Ascent.
The franchisee has the option to either buy the packing material from Ascent Packers and Movers or may use the same standard of material used by Ascent.
